  • Add a new administrator account

  • Add/move/change subscriber (may include Group Moves)
  • Add/move/change Phone/Jabber
  • Reset mailbox PIN
  • Hunt/call pick up group
  • Music on Hold (manage files)

Terms & conditions
  • Non-tariffed
  • Customer must have base service (IBC or HCS) to have Admin as a Service
  • This is a contracted service and will not be offered month to month
  • Admin as a Service must co-terminate with the base Service
  • Admin as a Service is not service impacting; it is just administrative changes
  • Changes will be made during SaskTel’s business Hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST), excluding recognized holidays
