SaskTel offers the following services for equipment that you own

Remote Service

SaskTel warranty and support on your equipment, which includes remote access into your network for troubleshooting, operating system patches and updates, configuration backup, and target response and resolution times. You can report incidents and review the status of your equipment online.

On-site Service

Enhanced level of warranty and support on your equipment, which includes all features of Remote Service, plus equipment replacement and repair, and on-site labour.

Managed Service

Complete management of your IT environment, which includes all features of Remote, On-Site, and the Monitoring Services, as well as problem identification and management, proactive incident detection and alarm resolutions, and frequent device configuration backups.

Monitoring Service

Available for Stand-Alone service, or as an add-on to Remote or On-Site service. Service includes:

  • Proactive monitoring, alarming, 24/7 data collection
  • Email notifications of critical events and incidents
  • Monitoring Centre with access to real-time dashboards, monthly reports and device
  • Dedicated Service Desk for customer support
